CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

HULL, DECK AND SUPERSTRUCTURES : Completely laid out by hand : in a single piece for added strength in a
Kevlar/fibreglass/resin/balsa core or PVC foam composite (GRP).The stratification process is carried out with
adherence to the plans using alternate layers of mats and roving whose weaves are closely studied to give optimal
resistance. The deck is plastified to the hull forming a highly resistant and watertight single piece.

Hull painted following Awlgrip process and products.

WATERTIGHT BULKHEADS : The hull is divided into longitudinal compartments using watertight bulkheads made of
composite fibreglass/resin/Balsa or PVC foam.

CABINES FLOORS : Plastified to the hull.

FRAMES AND STRINGERS : The stringers, floor-frames, structural hull and bottom strainers are in vacuum moulded GRP.

Drain holes are provided in all the bottoms.

NON STRUCTURAL BULKHEADS : Are in premier quality marine ply and covered.

ACOUSTIC AND THERMAL INSULATION : The balsa element in GRP has excellent qualities of sonic absorption and
thermal regulation. The salonEs floor panels are in composite / PVC with an insulating core.

For a better insulation bulkheads are lined with a complex of PU foam and PVC mass.

Cabins ceilings are lined with a 75 mm thick rock wool.

Engine room bulkheads are lined with Firemaster wool and the ceiling with a complex of PU foam and PVC mass.

DECK FITTINGS : Aluminium / Stainless steel.

RAW WATER INLETS, SKIN FITTINGS : In bronze and stainless steel A.I.S.I. 316.
